All paying and non-paying FaitH members must read and agree to the following terms and conditions decreed by the Dragon Claw Studio:

-The FaitH game and everything within it is a copyright property of the Dragon Claw Studio, and thus, no functions, features, materials, texts or images may be reproduced by a third party other than the Dragon Claw Studio unless permission is granted by the Dragon Claw Studio to do so. 

-Whether or not you are a paying FaitH member, if you are caught cheating, in any way, in FaitH, the Dragon Claw Studio reserves the right to delete your FaitH account.

-FaitH account holders, both paying and non-paying, may not hold more than one FaitH account at a time unless they are authorized by one of the developers at the Dragon Claw Studio to do so. Members who hold more than one FaitH account at a time are considered cheaters, and as such, the Dragon Claw Studio reserves the right to delete the account or accounts belonging to FaitH members who are deemed cheaters.

-Any FaitH account holders, whether paying or non-paying, are responsible for reporting bugs to the developers at the Dragon Claw Studio, either via e-mail or through the FaitH forum. Any FaitH account holder who fails to report a bug in the FaitH game to the developers at the Dragon Claw Studio, and instead uses this bug to his or her advantage, will be considered a cheater, and thus have their account deleted.

-FaitH members who do not exercise proper behavior either in the FaitH Chat, the FaitH Forum or the FaitH game itself can and will be banned from these places by the Dragon Claw Studio and any of its appointed helpers.

-FaitH's price and rates are subject to change at any given time.

-The Dragon Claw Studio does not claim any responsibility over FaitH accounts which are not properly secured by their holders. If a FaitH account holder gives any of his or her account information to a third party (not including developers at the Dragon Claw Studio), the Dragon Claw Studio is not responsible for any of the consequences that may ensue, such as stolen information, registration codes, or other in-game items.

-FaitH account holders may not reveal their FaitH password to a third party.

-FaitH account holders are not obliged to display or reveal their e-mail addresses in the FaitH Forum or Chat. If they choose to do so, the Dragon Claw Studio waves all responsibility towards any spam-mail or other kinds of e-mail messages that these FaitH members may receive as a result of having revealed their e-mail addresses on these public environments.

-FaitH account holders may not trade accounts with another FaitH member.

-FaitH account holders may not give their accounts to another person or third party, unless they are instructed to do so by the Dragon Claw Studio for reasons that are out of the ordinary.

-FaitH account holders may not impersonate one of the Dragon Claw Studio developers, one of the FaitH administrators, or any other player.

-The Dragon Claw Studio is not responsible for any personal information that FaitH account holders decide to give to other FaitH players. Your personal information is yours to do with as you please, and the Dragon Claw Studio will not be held accountable for consequences that result from your failure to ensure the privacy of your personal and contact information.

-No third party software may be used to alter or change FaitH's software and/or gameplay.

-No intellectual property rights contained in the FaitH game or FaitH software may be used to make and provide another mean by which the FaitH game can be played, server emulators serving as an example.

-No FaitH copyrighted materials, such as characters, items, coins, images, or stories, may be sold or auctioned at any time unless it is explicitly authorized by the Dragon Claw Studio.

-No action which would oblige a excessively large load on our infrastructure may be taken.

-The Dragon Claw Studio claims no responsibility for any loss of life, physical, psychological, or intellectual traumas experienced by FaitH players, some of which may be directly or indirectly attributed to playing the FaitH game.

-Having warned potential FaitH account holders of the mature content featured in the FaitH game, the Dragon Claw Studio does not assume any responsibility for any content that may offend our users herein.

-All decisions regarding a FaitH player's account are decreed by the Dragon Claw Studio, and, once decided upon, are final.

-Failure on the part of FaitH account holders to comply with the terms and conditions stated above in this User Agreement is punishable by the deletion of the given FaitH player's account, with no possibility of a refund. 

-The Dragon Claw Studio reserves the right to append and/or alter FaitH's User Agreement at any given time.

-We ask that players refrain from using real-life and/or offensive names for their characters, Provinces, and Kingdoms, which could potentially offend, insult, slander, or terrorize other players and/or the Dragon Claw Studio. Such names include Adolf Hitler, Benito Mussolini, Osama bin Laden, George W. Bush, "We won't P2P," etc. If you choose a name that is offensive to a significant amount of other players or the Dragon Claw Studio, the Dragon Claw Studio reserves the right to ask you to change it. Refusal to change an offensive name is punishable by the deletion of your account with no refund (if that applies). Our policy on names was integrated to ensure that all our players can enjoy a pleasurable experience while playing FaitH. In becoming a FaitH player, you also become a part of a community, and this community's interests is what we, at the Dragon Claw Studio, keep at heart. Please respect this policy, as well as the FaitH community. After all, this is a fantasy game, so your name should reflect your imagination :-)

-Although FaitH harbors an international gaming community, our game is written in English. As such, we not only provide our services in English, but we must also ask that all FaitH players communicate in English while on the Forums, the Scroll of Destiny, the Emperors' Scroll, and the FaitH IRC Chatroom. However, in a private conversation, you may speak to another player in the language of your choice.

-Any behaviour deemed inappropriate by the Dragon Claw Studio's staff or its affiliates in any Dragon Claw studio's service may result in the banning of a user from the services and/or termination of a user's account without refund.

-The Dragon Claw Studio cannot be held responsible for any damage (hardware or software) a user's computer could suffer if he decide to install The Divine Chat application or any other Dragon Claw Studio product.

-If you or any of the players in your Kingdom find a bug or a loophole (use of a strategy which is obviously not meant to be in-game and gives you a clear advantage) and uses it repeatedly to gain an advantage, we reserve the right to disqualify your Kingdom from winning the Era and/or ban you or you teammates from the game. Should you find a loophole or should you hear of such a thing, it is your duty to alert us via the "Report a Bug" link so we can fix it. That way, we ensure everyone does not have an unfair advantage over any other players.

-It is illegal to use or develop a web page or any other type of program or script which uses the Dragon Claw Studio servers. This includes, but is not limited to, fan sites connecting to our servers, game calculator etc. 

-Using any third party programs to gain an advantage in the game (including, but not limited to, FaitH game calculators, hacks, etc) not licensed by the Dragon Claw Studio and is not permitted and is a bannable offense. 

-We will be deleting every free multi account coming from the same household automatically without asking for questions or excuses. If more than one person per household wants to play, we recommend that you use a Special or Premium Edition account. 

-The Kingdom located in 1-1 named Land of the Admins is NOT an in-game Kingdom. It is simply here to allow easy access to the development and support team. Anyone interacting with this Kingdom in other ways than by SoD will get disqualified or banned from the game. This includes but is not limited to: attacks, spells and rogue operations.

-It is illegal to babysit or share a FaitH account. The Dragon Claw Studio reserves the right to terminate or disqualify anyone who is using these techniques without notice as it is considered cheating and gives shared account players an unfair advantage.
I hereby truthfully declare that the account I am about to create will be my one and only FaitH account on this server.
